Information from third parties

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) provide limited information to confirm transactions (no full card numbers are stored on our servers).

  • Email, CRM, webinar, calendar, and course platforms (e.g., Kajabi, ActiveCampaign/ConvertKit, Calendly, Zoom) share engagement metrics to help deliver services.

  • Advertising and social platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) provide anonymized or aggregated insights and audience data where allowed.

5) Payments

Transactions are processed by trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi Payments). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Your use of those processors is governed by their privacy policies.


 

6) Email & SMS communications

  • Email: We send newsletters, training updates, offers, and service messages. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. We may still send transactional or account notices.

  • SMS: If you opt in, you may receive texts (frequency varies). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase.

Marketing preferences

  • Unsubscribe from emails via the footer link.

  • Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

  • Adjust ad preferences with Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and your device settings.

Interest-based advertising opt-outs

  • Network Advertising Initiative opt-out and Digital Advertising Alliance tools may help limit cross-context behavioral advertising in your browser.

Access, correction, deletion

  • Depending on your location (e.g., EU/UK/EEA, certain U.S. states like California, Colorado, Virginia), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing.
